We are a family of enthusiastic mountain bikers and three - and if you count Roman, Manfred's brother, then four - of us are qualified mountain bike guides.

Manfred
Head bike guide with transalpine experience and always keen to try something new! Even when he was "wooing" on the other side of the Latemar over 25 years ago, he was one of the first to explore the local surroundings by mountain bike. One challenge followed another from the Stilfserjoch to the Sellarunde, culminating in his successful participation in the Jeantex Bike Transalp a few years ago.
Now he has crossed the Tyrolean threshold to greater wisdom (allegedly) and prefers to take scenically beautiful, technically challenging routes with a nice lunchtime hut (or landlady) and a flowing trail for the journey home under the fat treads of his tyres… But he also has nothing against riding a racer with a lively group over the Dolomite passes or to Lake Garda.

Carola
As the wife of the head bike guide, she is automatically the deputy head bike guide, and on her rides she focuses on lovely views, special places to tell stories and photographic and cultural breaks - nevertheless, here too you can expect to put in plenty of climbing.

Gabriel
Our "extreme" junior bike guide with experience of guiding in Sardinia loves hidden steep trails up hill and down dale, but can also be really gentle and attentive on simple routes too.
