It could hardly be fresher and more regional. With the new offer "Experience local products", guests are very close to the producers and get an insight into how short the paths are in Val d'Ega from production to enjoyment: from a goat cheese tasting at the Oberwerkstatt farm to a guided tour of the permaculture gardens to the dumpling workshop with farmer Anna-Maria.

• 7 days Guest Pass Val d'Ega (free public transport in South Tyrol)
• Tuesday: Cooking class with gourmet chef Gregor Eschgfäller: create a 4-course menu under his guidance
• Wednesday: Guided tour through the permaculture gardens of Eisathhof farm
• Thursday: Guided tour at the Steinegg Museum: 1000 years of Tyrolean history, customs, and traditions

• 7 - day indulgence package with 3/4 gourmet board at the 4-star Hotel Marica:Breakfast buffet with homemade specialities and fresh bread from the local baker and revitalising savoury & sweet snack (Marende) in the afternoon. Delicious five-course dinner based on South Tyrolean vital-Mediterranean cuisine
