We are living in turbulent times and that's why we don't want to close ourselves off to the new. We have a flexible pricing policy. The price is then based on supply and demand, which automatically results in a wider range of offers for our guests.

You will find the inclusive services and other services for a fee under the heading Services. The fixed tourist tax of 3.40 euros per night for persons aged 14 and over will be charged additionally. From 1 January 2025, this will be 3.70 euro.

General conditions:

Single use of the rooms:We charge a surcharge of 50% for single use of the Superior double room. There is no surcharge when booking a single room. 

Affordable family holiday:If children are accommodated in an extra bed, we grant the following discounts: 

• Children from 0 to 5 years: 30.00 euros per day
• Children from 6 to 10 years: 50 % discount
• Children from 11 to 14 years: 30 % discount
• Children from 15 to 18 years: 15 % reduction

Arrival and departure:

The hotel rooms are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am. If the room is still available on the day of your departure, you can use it and all other hotel facilities until 6.00 pm for 50% of the daily rate.

Reservation:To confirm your booking, we ask for a deposit. This will be deducted in full from the total amount. 

Cancellation conditions:

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained or credited for a stay in the current season
• from 29 to 8 days before arrival 50% of the total price will be charged
• from 7 days 90 % of the total price will be charged
• 90% of the total price will be charged if the room is not occupied
• in the event of early departure or late arrival: 90% of the agreed daily rate per day not used.
